Other services
Barn & Equestrian
Keep barns, stables, and pastures safe, organized, and functional with light equestrian maintenance. From tack storage to fence repairs, small but essential jobs are handled so your property runs smoothly day after day.
Fence & Gate Repair
Broken rails, posts, and gates repaired or replaced to keep horses secure and pastures safe. Latches fixed, hinges replaced, and paddocks restored without the need for major construction.
Barn & Stable Maintenance
Basic carpentry and upkeep for barns and outbuildings—replacing rotted boards, tightening stall doors, or refreshing siding with paint or stain. Tack hooks, saddle racks, and tool organizers added to keep equipment accessible and tidy.
Equipment Setup
Farm and stable equipment assembled correctly the first time. Tack trunks, hay bale racks, chicken coops, or dog runs built from kits and secured for long-lasting use. Barn fans mounted or feed buckets hung safely where they’re needed most.
Pasture & Yard Work
Corral cleanups, gutter clearing on barn eaves, and resetting gateposts in muddy ground keep pastures functional and safe. Solar-powered lights or reflective markers installed around fence lines for better visibility without electrical work.
Seasonal Event Support
Event-ready checklists and prep services for farm stays, gatherings, or equestrian shows. Temporary seating arranged, simple lighting strung along fence lines, and fences inspected before guests arrive—helping properties shine when it matters most.

I stand behind my craftsmanship. If something isn’t right, I will return within 30 days to make it right, for no extra charge. Select services include a one‑year labor warranty.
What I Don’t Do
Because I’m not a licensed contractor, I do not perform any work that requires a building permit or a specialty license. This includes major electrical projects (like rewiring or new panel installation), significant plumbing changes (like repiping or installing new gas lines), and large structural alterations (like moving load‑bearing walls). If you need those services, I can refer you to a trusted licensed electrician, contractor, or plumber.
