Areas Served
I’m based in the foothills west of Denver (Jefferson County) and serve the surrounding suburbs. Wherever you are in the Denver metro western corridor or the Mountain Foothills, you can count on me to keep your home in top shape.
Parts & Materials
I provide common consumables (screws, nails, fasteners, caulk, etc.). Clients can supply specific materials, fixtures, or parts, or I can purchase them and add the cost to the invoice. Materials billed at cost plus 20% standard markup.
Pricing
Service Call (first hour, includes mileage and travel): $200. Additional time: $150/hour. Clear estimates are provided before work begins. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay accepted via Tap to Pay on iPhone; receipts provided by text or email. 3% cash discount on labor.
Punch‑List Blocks: Half‑Day (up to 4 hours): $550.
Project Pricing: For larger scopes, a fixed estimate is provided to cover labor, materials, and logistics, with no surprises.

Weekend and evening appointments are available on request.
Licensed and Insured
I carry general liability insurance and meet Colorado requirements for handyman work, and have passed a thorough background check.
Guarantee
I stand behind my craftsmanship. If something isn’t right, I will return within 30 days to make it right, for no extra charge. Select services include a one‑year labor warranty.
What I Don’t Do
Because I’m not a licensed contractor, I do not perform any work that requires a building permit or a specialty license. This includes major electrical projects (like rewiring or new panel installation), significant plumbing changes (like repiping or installing new gas lines), and large structural alterations (like moving load‑bearing walls). If you need those services, I can refer you to a trusted licensed electrician, contractor, or plumber.
